DM/A Planning Group is a specialized service group within David Miller/Associates, Inc.
The group was formed in 2004 to meet the expanding and unique needs of our growing
planning and public sector base. Although DM/A has served public sector clients since 1984,
the current demands placed on municipalities and public agencies regarding land use,
environmental protection, economic development and provision of adequate infrastructure,
demand the highest level of professional capability, commitment and experience.
DM/A Planning Group is dedicated to specialized services for clients involved with
community comprehensive planning, land use regulation, growth management, specialized l
and use studies, recreational planning, demographics, natural resource based conservation,
roadway design, public infrastructure improvements, storm water management, public and
private grants, and other municipal services.
The goal of the DM/A Planning Group is to enhance our services being provided to existing
DM/A clients which include Townships, Boroughs, School Districts, public and semi-public
recreation organizations, utility authorities, non-profit conservation groups, and real estate
professionals and also to broaden our base of planning clients.
The DM/A Planning Group is about making better places to live, work, and play. As pressure
on land as a resource and commodity increases from all sides, it becomes increasingly
important to understand the complexity of the art and science of land use in the 21st century.
